Ordering & Production
Every piece is printed to order, just for you. Production takes 1 to 3 business days, and then your order ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
Since each piece is made on request, there’s a short window before printing starts. Reach out to us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
With up to 60 sizes across our formats, chances are we already have your fit. If you need something special, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. A few oversized canvas formats have regional restrictions, which are noted on the product page.
Shipping is free on every US order, no minimum. Rates for Canada, the UK, and Australia are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. Add the 1 to 3 days of production time, and most orders are on your wall within a week or so of checkout.
Every order comes with a tracking ID in your confirmation email. Enter it on our Order Tracking page to see exactly where your prints are.
Products & Materials
Stretched canvas is gallery-wrapped and ready to hang. Framed canvas adds a solid pinewood frame with a 1.25 inch depth. Poster prints come rolled in a sturdy tube, ready for the frame of your choice. Framed prints arrive in a matte black pinewood frame behind shatter-proof plexiglass.
Our canvas is a cotton and polyester blend with a special coating that locks in color. Frames are real pinewood from renewable forests, and our papers range from fine art stock to semi-gloss and matte finishes.
No need to worry. Our prints use giclée printing techniques with inks made to keep their color, so your piece will look as bright in a few years as the day it arrived.
We think about it at every step. Our frames use pine from renewable forests, and our canvas prints use latex inks that are non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable.
Canvas products come with hanging hardware already attached, and framed prints include pre-installed hardware with rubber bumpers to protect your wall. Posters ship rolled, so you can frame them however you like.
Because of how canvas is produced, sizes can vary by up to 1/8 inch (3.2 mm). It’s normal and won’t be noticeable on the wall.
